Let it go is a popular saying these days with the popularity of Disney’s Frozen Song with the same title.
But the term, “Let It Go” can be quite powerful. It’s mid year now and it may be time for you to let go of some old goals and bad habits, and GO for some new goals and dreams!
Any new beginning, even a mid-year new beginning is an awesome opportunity to start fresh and really star living the way you dream. Here are Three ways I recommend letting go of the old and letting in the new.
- Don’t just say you wan to change- make an action list of what and when you’re going to change. Get specific. The more specific you are with your goal setting the easier it is to make things happen.
- BELIEVE in YOURSELF! Figure out how to believe in you again! Remember when you were a kid and you thought anything was possible? Well it is! It may be more complicated now, but sometimes we complicate things that really are simple! Make a list of things that you KNOW you can accomplish this week and start believing you YOU!
- LOVE! Love Love love! Learning to let go of the past is all about LOVE. Love for yourself, love for others, and hope in the future! Learn how to brush it off and focus on the good. It will truly change your life!
