Put that Pep Back In Your Step
Spring is such a beautiful time of year. The flowers are blooming, the birds are chirping and it’s a wonderful time to GET Outside and play!
Something that a lot of adults are lacking in life starts with an E- do you know what it is??? Energy? Well… maybe. Effort…I don’t think so.
This spring, let’s get some ENTHUSIASM and put the PEP back in your STEP!
I’d like you to take just one minute- yes, just one, and write down your 3 favorite activities. It could be walking, swimming, jumping, elliptical, kick-boxing- whatever! Just write it down.
Now- I want you to look at your list of 3 activities. How do you feel when you’re doing those things? Do you feel ENTHUSIASTIC? Would you like to?
Today is the day! Make a commitment to get outside, or even inside, and do at least 2 min of one of those activities! I believe in YOU! And also- do it with a SMILE on your face! 🙂 It’s time to BE ENTHUSIASTIC again!
