March is here and it’s time for Spring Cleaning- and not just for your home!

Spring can be a great time to clean out lots of parts of your life- including your body! Spring is like a New Beginning all it’s own. The sun is brighter, the flowers are blooming, and it’s time to MOVE YOUR BODY!

Here are 3 ways that you can CLEAN Out Your Body in an easy and wonderful way every day:

  1. Start your day with lemon water. Drinking lemon water helps clean out your toxins and body. By starting your day off with a cleansing lemon water to drink, you’re setting your body up for more energy and hydration throughout the day.
  2. Try jumping on a mini trampoline. Also known as “rebounding” jumping on a trampolining is a fun and effective way to clean out your lymph system and have some fun while you do it.
  3. Eat Fresh Fruits and Veggies. Try to have at least 2 fruits and/or veggies at every snack and meal. By implementing this good habit, it will help clean out your body and skin in no time at all! *Keep it organic and local if at all possible!
