I’ve commited to making 2012 my best year ever!! So, what did I do? I signed up for 2 half marathons! YIKES!! I planned on training for my VERY FIRST 13.1 miles with a good 3 months of training with the Run Like a Diva Half Marathon training program. A few weeks ago, I was told that there were a few spots open in the Tinkerbell Half Marathon at Disneyland so, I took it. WHAT?!! The real test of my fitness will come in just over three weeks when I run my first half marathon. I have not trained and I have not been running. Only following my AMAZING Team Beachbody work outs!! I am excited to PUSH myself hard this year. I will be running the San Francisco Run Like a Diva Half Marathon in May, so I will be able to really gauge my progress after the Tinkerbell.
I’ve got a ton of beach time to look forward to this year and will be getting to use my passport for a few amazing vacations. First stop is The Atlantis in The Bahamas in May!! TICK TOCK, the clock is ticking. I’m on a mission!!
